“Hey! You two! Come here!” Gibbs shouted as Tony and Ziva exited from the elevator.
“What did you do now Tony?” she whispered angrily.
“What? I didn’t do anything… I think” Tony couldn’t remember what he had for breakfast never mind what he did to piss off the boss.
They threw their back backs at their desks, each giving each other a look of confusion. One of them had done something wrong, but nether of them knew which one.
“Yes Gibbs?” Ziva walked towards his desk with Tony following closely behind, acting child like as usual. Ziva stopped at Gibbs’ desk, put her hands behind her back ready to give Gibbs the puppy dog eyes that he never falls for but she does it anyway.
“Ziva, you can stop with that innocent girl look, you’re not in trouble.”
“Oh, well whats up boss?” Tony soon stud out from behind Ziva once he knew he was in the clear.
“Its Noah.”
“What!? What is wrong with him!? I knew I should not have left him! Tony I told you we should have took him to Mrs Mannings! This is not the place for children…”
“Ziva!!” Gibbs cut the worried mother off before she started to think even worse thoughts about what might be up with her son.
“Ziva, he is fine. He is down with Abby now.”
“Then whats up with the little man then?” Tony asked.
“I took him to get an ice cream before and this woman walked past, he ran after her and tapped her on the back…”
Tony and Ziva looked at Gibbs waiting to get out what was up with their son.
“He looked at her and winked, then he asked her how she was doing. I just found it weird.”
Ziva was completely confused, what was the big deal?
“It was more the way he said it that was weird. It was like `How you doooin??` like he was hitting on her.”
Tony’s eyes went wide.
“He did wha…” Ziva’s eyes then went wide and her mouth mimicked.
Before Tony could say anything or run anywhere, Ziva threw a hard whack to his belly.
“Tony!! Why is our five year old quoting Pals?!?!”
Tony winced loudly at the blow to his tummy.
“Its Friends Ziva.” he said under his breath. “..and I might have fell asleep on the sofa with him last night and left the TV on but…”
Ziva gave him that look that told him he better run and fast.
